Application
If you qualified last season to travel, you do not need to complete another application form, as Imserso will have been in contact with you to renew the details.
If, however, you are using the Holiday Programme for the first time or are renewing you participation after an inactive period you must complete the application form, which can be filled in through this website, although it has also been distributed to Councils, Local Government Offices and Sub-Offices and social services centres and offices, etc.
This application will serve to obtain qualification that will allow you access to Holiday Programme places and inclusion in the Database of those Qualifying, and where it will remain permanently until you tell us otherwise.
Once all the applications received within the prescribed period have been processed, Imserso will certify users according to the places available and will, where necessary, assess as appropriate according to age, income and prior trips.
Around September, all applicants will receive a notification which will indicate:
- The date when you can get tickets, with a guaranteed place, having to choose from existing trips available.
- Those people who do not have a guaranteed place following assessment will also be notified of the date from which they can contact the Travel Agency if unoccupied places exist for any of the destinations or dates.
Failure to supply details or their proven falseness will lead to the cancellation of the application.
It is only possible to link applications from applicants in the same province of origin, it being necessary to consider in these cases that the chosen destination and the order of priority should be exactly the same in both applications.
The requirement to attach a photocopy of the National Identity Card together with the application has been omitted, irrespective of whether it will be required at the time of booking trips and when they commence.
