How to apply for a place
A Resolution
from the Directorate-General of the Imserso is published on an annual basis in the Official State Gazette (BOE) announcing the granting of places for pensioners wishing to participate in the Social Hydrotherapy Scheme. This Resolution specified the number of places in the Scheme, the duration of the stay periods, the price payable by beneficiaries and the address, deadline and format for submitting applications.
If you applied for a place last season and met the requirements to participate in the scheme, there is no need to fill in a new application, because Imserso will send you a simplified form by post to renew your application.
If on the other hand, you wish to qualify for the first time for the Scheme or if you are making an application after not having done so in the year 2010, please send a new application along with a statement on your health status.
The application and the health status statement, which should follow the official template provided in the call for applications, may be submitted in person or by post to any of the following bodies:
- Centres for Older Persons or the Imserso Territorial Directorates that correspond to the applicant’s usual home address.
- Bodies appointed by the Autonomous Communities and which have undertaken Imsersoroles and services.
- Imserso Headquarters.
